Lateral seal
  • At any time, Junding hollow sheet should be installed with holes facing downwards to conduce to drainage of cooling water. Otherwise, the cooling water would deposit in the tank and form green dye under a certain temperature. To prevent humidity and dust from accumulating, as well as the contamination from insects, special care should be paid when installing, especially on tanks with opening ends. The followings tips are suggested to minimize contamination:
  • Ensure that all sides are smooth before sealing
  • nsure that the sealing tape is completely covered by the sheet
  • Clean the dust inside the tank prior to sealing
  • Exchange all torn tapes before the final installation
  • Note: The sealing tape of the sheets is merely used for protection in transportation or storage with guarantee for waterproof and installation purposes. Replace the tape with specified sealing tape prior to installation. Before installation, lift the protective film of the edge for about 50mm, and then tear off the film after installation.

 • The standard sealing method (Figure 5 and 6) is by sealing the tank opening on the top with waterproof belt, and the bottom opening with porous filter belt.
  • The advantages of using U-shape profile covering the porous filter belt on the bottom include:
  • To prevent the deposit of dust effectively
  • Facilitate drainage of cooling water
  • Keep the tank hole well ventilated to prevent excessive coolant from forming
  • Easy to clean.

Sealing of bent sheet
  • During the installation of arc sheet, the two ends of the tank should be sealed with porous filter belt (Figure 7).
  • Note: The two ends of the sheet should be kept clean for drainage of cooling water.

Sealing under special environment 
  • In a special environment, the holes on the two ends of the sheet should be sealed with waterproof belts (Figure 10)
  • Severely contaminated environment
  • Low temperature / dry environment
  • Low temperature difference of inside and outside

Supporting conditions
  • Regardless of the supporting structure, the holes of the middle columns should face downward. The width side should be perpendicular to the middle column. The length side should be parallel to the middle column. 

Slanted installation
  • Slanted installation is to conduce to drainage of rainwater at a minimum angle of 5.

Top installation
  • During the installation or cleaning, no one should stand on the sheet. Wood frame or other apparatus should be used to place on the framework.
