1/ INSTALLATION OF PC HOLLOW SHEETS
The installation system for dry areas
  • The architectural system can work with Junding sheet materials to assemble perfect fittings. Since inflation may exceed the limit of sealant, from an aesthetics viewpoint, the installation system for "dry areas" is the best solution. The advantage of installation system for "dry areas" is locking the sheet materials with rubber spacer, allowing the sheet to move flexibly in heat expansion and cold shrinkage.
  • Warning: Do not use PVC spacer
  • It is because the additive in PVC will result in chemical erosion on sheet materials, and cause cracks or even fractures on the sheet surface.

The installation system for humid areas
  • This installation system is suitable for places such as residential houses, parking lots, warehouses, greenhouses in replace of glass.
  • Standard metal materials or wood components and layering can form a variety of combinations. See Figure 3 and 4.
  • The sealing system is required to allow a certain level of heat expansion for the purpose of retaining the adhesiveness of frame and sheet. It is strongly recommended to verify its compatibility with the adhesive system before use.
  • Do not use sealant that contains amine or benzene amine for it may cause corrosion and crack on the PC sheet, especially at areas prone to stress.
